Jenns Greek Yogurt Super Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 (6 oz.) packages of Chobani Blueberry Non-fat Yogurt, or 1 cup
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed mill (I used Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey crunch wheat germ
  • 1 kiwi, peeled, quartered
  • 2 cups tightly packed fresh, baby spinach
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice (add a little water if you want a more liquid consistency)
Instructions
  1. Put the yogurt, banana, flaxseed, and wheat germ in a blender or food processor and blend smooth.
  2. Add kiwi and spinach and blend smooth.
  3. Add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, honey, flaxseed, and wheat germ and blend smooth.
  4. Add ice and blend smooth.
Notes
Keep in mind raspberries have a lot of little seeds. If that bothers you, sub another fruit.
