Indian Spice Hummus

- 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
- 2 Tbsps. water
- 2 Tbsps. tahini
- 1 ½ Tbsps. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- ½ tsp. (1 clove) garlic, minced
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ¼ tsp. each cumin, salt
- ⅛ tsp. each cayenne, turmeric
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil (optional).
