Ingredients
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 Tbsps. water
  • 2 Tbsps. tahini
  • 1 ½ Tbsps. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ½ tsp. (1 clove) garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. each cumin, salt
  • ⅛ tsp. each cayenne, turmeric
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil (optional).
