Pumpkin Pie Hummus

- 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
- ⅓ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 3 Tbsps. water
- 3 Tbsps. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
- Store in the refrigerator and serve with gram crackers or sliced apples.
