Ingredients
  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
  • ⅓ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 3 Tbsps. water
  • 3 Tbsps. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend smooth stopping to scrape down the sides.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and serve with gram crackers or sliced apples.
